Step 1 - The Art of Focus
Focus is the most challenging thing we often struggle with each day at work. Meetings, email and people interruptions, noise, your boss view differing from yours ... you name it, the workplace is a minefield at times to get some focus time.

- We will also Harness the power of S.T.P. (segmenting, targeting, positioning).
- There are some simple to apply tools and concepts that help us think differently and focus – I’ll teach you how.

Session 2 - Creating Thinking Time
Following on from the importance of being able to shut out some of the office noise, and focus your brand, in this second session, we look to create more thinking time for you.
- We allow ourselves to be dragged from pillar to post by demanding stakeholders, inside and outside of the office.
- There are so many new ways to engage with our stakeholders but we never have the thinking time to investigate and even trial them.
- Reaching out to stakeholders cost effectively and innovatively is precisely how a million dollar marketer operates. Trial and error is often the best approach but you need the time to learn.
- We will find you 30 minutes per week to find new ways to innovate and impress in your workplace.

Session 3 - Cut through the clutter
In this third session, we will start to implement some of what you have already discovered to help you cut through the clutter!
- The marketplace is very noisy. Once we have adopted some of the tools and concepts already discussed, million dollar markets can direct their efforts to focus on the channels that will deliver the best R.O.I. (return on investment) and make sure your message is delivered to and seen by the most eyeballs, every time.
- Unlocking the power of your brand is key. The ability to build equity in your brand is indeed the skill of a million dollar marketer. Unlocking and integrating it, is brand 3.0.
- I’ll help you understand your brand values and use your brand to make your marketing efforts even stronger and ultimately, simplify your message going to market.

Session 4 - Automate and Outsource
- In session four, we look at many ways you can seek out and engage additional support which will save you hours of thinking and planning time, simply by automating and outsourcing mundane tasks.
- Anything that can be digitised should be and I will show you how this works.
- Most importantly, email newsletters and well maintained databases are vital for engaging with your valuable stakeholders but developing and delivering content can be expensive and time consuming. There are simple tips and tricks I will share that you can use immediately and they won’t cost you a dollar.
- I’ll find you at least 5 extremely cost effective on line solutions that will free up your time and give you valuable data to analyse and track your efforts.
- Social Media is the marketing tool for our time and we will take the fear out of using social media.
- Imagine being able to load up one piece of communication and have it delivered to your key audiences on multiple social media platforms while you are sitting on the coach at home in the evening. This is what million dollar marketers are doing.

Session 5 - Getting more Bang for your Buck
In this fifth session we will examine existing partnership in your contacts base and work out how to leverage them.
- Your key stakeholders and membership base are likely to have large databases. They often have an audience match with yours. Content sharing partnerships can drive your message a lot further and these activities helps to build meaningful relationships with partners who you may not have been actively involved with for some time.
- It’s the data decade! Million dollar marketers don’t randomly do things. They have a system which is often driven by decisions made from understanding data. Data can be daunting but I will teach you the basics and show you where free data flows from, often in real time.
- These new insights will help you focus even more and make confident decisions to prove worth and value to stakeholders and your business.

Session 6 - Bringing it all together
In this final session, we start to leverage what we now know. We also re-address some of the issues that we first came into the program sweating over and apply our new systems, processes and new approaches to these original challenges.
- Now that we have explored the 5 step plan, and uncovered some new and innovative ways to market, you’re already starting to act like a Million Dollar Marketer.
- We have unlocked and understand how these concepts work and are implementing them - you are driving yourself like never before.
- You have freed up time and are starting to kick some big professional goals.
- But there are just a couple more tips and tricks to share in this final session.
